For specialist large shot weight (up to 20 Kg) industrial applications Birkby's has invested in a 250 tonne rotary machine. This capability enables the precision volume manufacture of large products traditionally made as fabrications or from aggregate materials.
The application of rotary table multi tool technology enables the cost competitive volume manufacture of large complex plastic components. Each rotary cycle produces multiple components depending on the tooling configuration.
